Dear Princess Sheri,

I’m writing about your His Princess Book. I cant remember when I got my first book I just went to the store and thought it was a neat book. I never would have thought it would be used as it has been in my life and in those around me. First it has helped me personally, I'm sure you have heard this many times, but everytime I was lonely, sad, or depressed I would open the book and read whatever it opened to and it always ministered to me. Then because it meant so much to me I kept a collection of them and whenever I felt God wanted me to give one to someone(of course a girl) I would and they always had testamonies how it had ministered to them.

Then I took one to India. We started a Christian kids camp in India five years ago and on one of the trips I really wanted to minister to the girl levite (they are teenage girls 15-19 years old from the church there in India who volenteer their summer to help at the camp) Girls in India are slaves of tradition and culture and the men in India do not value them so they dont feel they are of any value. They are so insecure and I really wanted to minister to them. I felt like I was suppost to take one of the books. Then by the end of the trip I knew what I was suppost to do with it. Im sorry but I tore apart one of your books but this was the only way I could give it to each one of these girls. There was 15 girls so each one of them got five to six pages. It ment alot to them. The night I gave it to them God did some awesome things. He broke the walls down between the "cliches"( they are as bad as American girls with there small groups that they never work together) and they all forgave each other and then we prayed and read acouple of the His Princesses. They all said they got the ones that really ministered to them the most. Then to think that wasnt enough I looked down at my feet and there was one left over. just one and I read it and it was what I needed to hear. God is good.

Then this summer at our camp here in the states I did the same with our levite girls. We would read one every night then at the end of the summer I tore up another book(sorry). But these books means alot to me and to the girls I come in contact with. I want to thank you and I hope this encourages you. You are doing a great work for the Kingdom of God. I appreciate it and Im sure I say this for all the girls who I have given the book to and all those who h ave read it before. May your life, family, and mini stry be blessed. Risa
